Hola familia!!!

The united states sounds a little cold, i hope that yall are staying warm up there!!! Everyone sounds really great, and i hope you stay that way!

This week was really great!! We saw miracles, had challenges, and loved every minute of it! Saturday two kids got baptized, Kevin and Keyla. One is eleven and the other 8. We have been working with their families for some time now and it was amazing to see both of the families pull together and support their children. The ward really helped make it special too.

So I continue to be here in Trinidad, but no longer in a trio. I am still with Hermana Escobar for another 6 weeks, and Hermana Chavez and Hermana Hallenberger are serving in the ward too. We know we are going to see miracles this transfer! Wednesday we had correlation (the meeting with the ward missionary council) and it was the best correlación of my mission! We got there, discussed the people we were visiting, their needs and the ward missionaries all are going to help us this week. We told them the appointments we had, and everyone is going to accompany us. It was quite amazing!! Our ward is improving in the missionary department, and we know that we are going to see lots of miracles!

I took a big piece of humble pie this week. Our mission president has told us that the mission is our time of biggest repentance, and it is true. I learned a lot about charity and to look at people the way that Christ sees them. Sometimes we only focus on people´s faults instead of on their many talents. I am learning how to look past faults (because we all have them, I know I have a ton) and see them as the Savior sees them. The Savior loves everyone, absolutely everyone! He does not reject anyone, even the vilest of sinners like Alma the younger. We all have imperfections, weaknesses, and sins, but through the Atonement EVERYONE can be cleansed, fortified, and healed.

I love yall a ton!!! Keep on keeping the Savior as the center of  your lives! And keep on working at seeing people as the Lord sees them, not as they are but as they can become (like President Monson said). LES AMO UN MONTÓN!!!!

con mucho mucho amor,

Hermana Taylor
